Read the below instructions carefully, before filling the form:
1) Fields marked with * are mandatory.
2) Applicant has to fill in the below mentioned details to receive the Applicant ID and Password.
3) Applicant will receive the Applicant ID and Password in the registered email address and mobile number. Overseas Applicant will receive both Applicant ID & password on registered email address.
4) Applicant must provide Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address correctly as these details cannot be changed once the registration is complete.
** THE MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR APPLICATION ARE OUTLINED IN THE INFORMATION BROCHURE AND ARE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LATEST REGULATIONS RELATING TO DOCTORAL (PH.D.) DEGREES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF BURDWAN.CANDIDATES ARE INSTRUCTED TO STRICTLY ADHERE TO THESE GUIDELINES BEFORE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION FORM.
** APPLICATIONS OF THE CANDIDATES FAILING TO FULFIL MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA OF ADMISSION WILL BE REJECTED.
** BEFORE FORM FILLING CANDIDATES SHOULD READ THE INFORMATION BROCHURE THOROUGHLY.
** CANDIDATES MUST KEEP READY A PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOGRAPH (MAXIMUM FILE SIZE: 80 KB, FILE FORMATS: JPEG, JPG), SCANNED COPIES OF HIS/HER SIGNATURE (MAXIMUM FILE SIZE: 80 KB, FILE FORMATS: JPEG, JPG), ADMIT CARD OF 10TH STANDARD, BOTH SIDES OF MARKSHEETS IN A SINGLE PDF FILE OF ALL EXAMINATIONS, CERTIFICATES OF CATEGORY/ CATEGORIES OF RESERVATION (MAXIMUM FILE SIZE: 500 KB, FILE FORMATS: PDF) FOR UPLOADING DURING FILLING IN THE FORM.
5) Foreign applicants should enter their details in English language only.
